Hall Strategies Restaurant Clients Featured Nationally on CBS Sunday Morning

CBS Sunday Morning, the award-winning morning news program hosted by Jane Pauley, featured two of Nashville’s favorite culinary destinations, and Hall Strategies’ clients, on its “Food Issue” on Sunday, November 19th.

Featuring different recipes and restaurants across the nation, the program turned to Aniello “Nello” Turco, executive chef at Mimo Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, and John Stewart, culinary director of The Twelve Thirty Club, for video instructions on how to make some of their classic dishes at home.

Chef Nello showed viewers how to make a seasonal specialty, Ravioli with Ricotta, Spinach and Parmesan Cream, as well as a second how-to video on Butternut Squash Purée.
