Hall Strategies Promotes Three, Including Two to Senior Leadership

Ann Marie Anderson and Nancy Floyd as Directors, promotes Cameron Snow to Senior Account Coordinator

NASHVILLE, TENN. – Hall Strategies, a leading Nashville-based public relations and government relations firm founded in 2004, has promoted three employees, two of them to senior positions, as the firm continues its growth. Hall Strategies is ranked among the largest firms in Middle Tennessee and supports some of the most impactful companies and organizations in the state.

The promotions are:

  • Ann Marie Anderson, promoted to Director;
  • Nancy Floyd, promoted to Director; and
  • Cameron Snow, promoted to Senior Account Coordinator.

Ann Marie Anderson, Director

Ann Marie Anderson joined Hall Strategies in 2021 with a special focus on client engagement in statewide media relations and regional communications. During her time at the firm, she has developed and executed complex multi-faceted public relations and capital campaigns for a diverse array of clients in economic development, hospitality, environmental services, health care and innovation.

Prior to joining Hall Strategies, she served as director of communications and community engagement to Tennessee First Lady Maria Lee and communications director at Tennesseans for Student Success. Anderson also served as deputy press secretary to former U.S. Senator Bob Corker, and later as a major donor consultant for Kaegi Resources, a Nashville-based fundraising and event management firm.

She is a Cookeville native and graduate of the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga.

Nancy Floyd, Director

Nancy Floyd is a leader in the hospitality, entertainment, and non-profit space, supporting five-star brands, renowned chefs, and leading change agents through media and public relations, communications strategies, event planning, and more. With extensive event knowledge and experience, she also works on logistics for a wide array of corporate and non-profit events, including grand opening events, ribbon-cutting ceremonies, black-tie galas, and citywide festivals.

Prior to Hall Strategies, Nancy spent more than 15 years as a journalist, writer and editor. Most recently, she spent 10 years as editor-in-chief of Nfocus Magazine, a luxury social and lifestyle publication in Nashville. There she worked with hundreds of local nonprofits to cover charitable events, as well as arts and culture, food and wine, fashion, travel and design. She spent 10 years as a staff writer and editor for Nashville Scene and Nashville Post, contributing to their coverage of the nonprofit sector, theater, dining, fashion and events, and two years as a travel writer for Taste of the South Magazine.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Nancy is a graduate of Belmont University.

Cameron Snow, Senior Account Coordinator

Cameron Snow has developed and assisted strategic communication strategies to help organizations of all sizes achieve their goals, develop winning solutions, and maintain business growth. He specializes in a variety of communication skills that encompasses advocacy, event planning, media analysis, grassroots campaigning, public relationship building, and media pitching.

Since joining Hall Strategies in May 2021, Snow’s client work has spanned multiple industries that includes life sciences, hospitality, transportation, community engagement, economic development, and commercial development.

Prior to joining Hall Strategies, Snow worked as a communication liaison under Georgia U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson in Washington, D.C., and Kentucky U.S. Representative Andy Barr in the Lexington field office.

Cameron is originally from Atlanta and graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in integrated strategic communication.
