Since 2016, Hall Strategies has managed all communications and social media for Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville. We supported the developer throughout construction and highlighted major milestones to market Four Seasons Private Residences Nashville to prospective buyers. We then were selected to take over local and regional public relations efforts for the hotel and flagship restaurant as it neared its opening.
Over the years, Hall Strategies has secured an extensive list of local coverage, building anticipation for the project as well as national media from Wall Street Journal to Robb Report to Condé Nast Traveler. During that time, we’ve worked with Four Seasons’ corporate public relations department and have built an understanding of their expectations and standards in communications.
To date, our efforts on behalf of the project have been highly successful, supporting a sellout of all 146 private residences in advance of opening, and helping to launch Four Seasons’ social presence to more than 3,500 followers across social platforms pre-opening. In the three-month period leading up to the Grand Opening of the hotel in November 2022, our team secured more than 90 unique placements in local and national media about the hotel. We helped plan and execute VIP events for the hotel, flagship restaurant Mimo, The Spa, and rooftop restaurant Rivière, all of which brought in local leaders, political figures, tastemakers, influencers, and media, resulting in widespread media coverage and social media activity with positive sentiment about the property.
